Chef Wong is a pioneer in Chinese cuisine, with 35 years of cooking experience. He is very well known on both sides of the border for his succesful restaurants in Mexicali. Mr. Wong is a very creative chef that strives to create his own recipes from scratch bringing out very unique flavors. His passion for Chinese cuisine and unique cooking style are expressed in each one of his plates with delicious homemade sauces.
