Originally from Brazil, the husband and wife team behind 12 Cuts, moved to the United States in 1997 to help debut Fogo de Chão's first American location in Addison, Texas. After over 20 years with the restaurant, Juarez DeConto, in partnership with Dejair Zuliani, decided to create their own version of a churrascaria with a unique twist.
