1603 Tattoo Collective has set out to make new standards in this industry. Since we began in Ybor City, in 2005 , we have refined and reconstructed our approach to the way we interact with our clients. In 2016 we rebuilt the studio to offer a more relaxed atmosphere and collectively built a courtyard in a private space with the owners wife's hair salon. Together the clients and guests can share the space out back to relax and unwind while taking the time to visit the new studios.
