424 Cosmetic Dermatology Inc has been operating out of our conveniently located offices in Poway, for the last six years. Nellie Blunt, our lead injector, also works for Galderma training other physicians.  We offer injectables (neurotoxins and fillers), Kybella, sclerotherapy, IPL treatments for facial rejuvenation and hair reduction, a variety of vitamin shots, and our own line of prescription strength skin care.
