During your visit, you may notice our hardworking associates, some of which are students of Erskine Green Training Institute (EGTI) located right here in Muncie, IN. The attached Courtyard by Marriott Muncie proudly serves as a teaching hotel housing EGTI which is a first of its kind postsecondary program providing individuals with disabilities vocational training for a variety of jobs in the hotel, food service and healthcare industries. EGTI and the Courtyard by Marriott Muncie are an immersive learning environment. Courtyard and 625 TapHouse help to train and employ EGTI students which make up approximately 20% of our staff. EGTI students graduate with increased confidence and new skills to obtain a job in the workforce!
