We are a Custom Tattoo studio and piercing parlor. Appointments are recommended although sometimes a small walk-in tattoo is possible. We use all new inks, and Cheyenne safety cartridges. making the safest tattoo you will find anywhere. History Established in 2012. My name is Joe Hegarty. After more than 20 years as owner and artist at Alex's New Tattoo, I opened 9 Tattoo with a more artistic vision of tattooing. I wanted a comfortable space where I can concentrate on doing more of the custom, freehand designs that I have been focusing on. This studio is clean and welcoming, with an emphasis on doing the very best work for our clients.
