We are sure that this complaint relates to a different business down the street. We do not advertise oil changes and are not the cheapest around. We provide good service and the oil is always filled to the proper level and check/fill all other fluids. A complaint like this is damaging to our reputation and we would love the chance to discuss this with this person but he does not want any response from us.
