Alive MMA

Welcome to Alive MMAWe have 3000 square feet of mat space. The floors, walls and beams are fully padded for jiu jitsu, wrestling and yoga classes. The West facing wall is covered in caging for those wanting practice up against the cage wall. We also have an MMA cage for realistic MMA and fight team practices. We have a flexibility area with inversion table and other stretching equipment.In the adjoining building, we have a full boxing gym with a regulation sized ring and 10 heavy bags as well as mirrors and space for line drills. We have muay thai length and boxing length heavy bags, a double ended bag, speed bags, medicine and stability balls, focus mits, thai pads, kick pads, gloves, yoga gear and much more.Also in the adjoining building is a complete CrossFit gym (CrossFit Woodstoc.) with olympic weights, kettle bells, rowing machine, gymnastics rings, weight sleds, tires, elastic bands, and lots of other workout equipment. We have personal trainers available for specialized training. We also have a sauna which seats 8 people as well as therapeutic massage room.Established in 2011.
