Asheville Sun Soo Martial Arts

At Asheville Sun Soo, we offer each student a one-of-a-kind, amazingly positive experience of mind, body and spirit. We share an excellent martial arts and self-defense practice with high-quality standards and attention to detail in a safe, clean, professional, well-educated and high-energy environment. We see each student in their potential -- intelligent, powerful, creative and talented - highly capable. Our teaching philosophy focuses on the positive, "watering the flowers not the weeds," in order to grow the potential inherently present. Our primary skill curriculum is traditional Tae Kwon Do. We compliment our traditional Tae Kwon Do with relevant and complimentary concepts from other arts including Hapkido, Aikido, Jujitsu, Judo, Kung-Fu, Catch-Wrestling and Boxing. All of our classes are fun, high-energy, rigorous and full-body workouts, delivered with structure and clear, professional instruction in a state-of-the-art facility.
