Although the company has only been around since 2009, the team at ATE Systems has worked together for many years as ATN Microwave, and later as part of Agilent Technologies. These same individuals have now come together again to bring their several decades of experience to bear on solving some of the most challenging problems in RF, microwave, and high-speed testing.
Principle among these challenges is bridging the chasm that exists between the pristine electrical interface of test instrumentation, and the practical, real-world interface of today’s electronic devices. Filling this void of being able to provide accurate and repeatable measurements at a non-coaxial reference plane, while simultaneously virtually eliminating the possibility of operator errors, is just the latest significant technical contribution from this group.
