I offer private pilates and personal training based on your fitness goals: weight loss, muscle gain, improved agility, or just getting back into exercising. I create individualized workouts that get muscles firing correctly in order to correct imbalances and create a strong core while maintaining joint integrity, which is critical to proper alignment and good posture. I utilize a variety of exercise modalities such as cardio, free weights and resistance bands for a truly customized plan.
