Barbonzai is out to show the people of Lake Forest what authentic Lebanese food looks like in a style that’s as healthy as it is delicious. By avoiding fryers and microwaves we’ve utilized traditional cooking methods like our specialty oven and an open flame to bake our signature falafels, traditional flatbreads, and other dishes. Starting with quality ingredients like freshly cut vegetables, homemade bread, and eclectic spices and herbs, we’ve created the perfect combination of traditional dishes and modern reinventions that are vegan and vegetarian and will satisfy everyone.
