We specialize in small group equipment classes with class sizes never exceeding 5 people, so you get personalized and high quality instruction in every class.Our well-established, fully equipped Pilates studio is located in downtown Coral Gables.We offer classical Pilates sessions and classes for all fitness levels and all ages. Instructors have over 25 years of teaching experience and are certified in many specialties including sports conditioning, rehabilitation, osteoporosis, scoliosis, pregnancy and postpartum.
