Bird Dog Pilates specializes in personalized Pilates instruction with Private, semi-private, and small group instruction. With four reformers with towers, four combo chairs, six Clara Barrel Spine Correctors, Pilates classes can accommodate all levels. The Pilates Quartets (classes of 4) also include Pilates matwork, props, Fletcher Barre, Fletcher Towelwork, and Fletcher Floorwork. We also have TRX suspension straps..
