BODY•BY•CHINYERE offers One-on-One, Boot Camps/Group Sessions training in the privacy of your home, in the gym, fitness studios, or in the natural environment. Different types of fitness training are offered such as Aerobics, Strength/Core training, Resistance training, Weight lifting/Muscle building, Fat-burning/Toning, Calisthenics, Boxing, Spinning, Rowing, Pilates, Yoga & Stretching. BODY•BY•CHINYERE's program uses free weights, resistance bands, exercise steps, yoga balls and more, but its focus is to use your own body strength to sculpt and tone your overall physique.
