BIS has been a member of NCSL International since 1995. Our president, Mr. Powis, was the Northern Ohio Section Coordinator of NCSL International and had held this position from 2002 to 2010.We offer internal certification to our metrologists for advancement, as well as offering certification in uncertainties. We have a very extensive uncertainties database that allows us to calculate uncertainties with ease!
