BT To Go

Why open BT To Go, when my Restaurant, BT, is just a few blocks down the way on MacDill? First, because I have had so many of my customers come in at night requesting lunch items that I can only make available during the day at BT; our kitchen is devoted to our dinner items at night. Secondly, I wanted to be able to accommodate so many of my friends who want “To Go” items or to just have a quick bite. These goals got me to think about opening a new restaurant with a special challenge: how would I design a restaurant that is casual, with delicious food, that is healthy and economical as well? A place where you can relax or just take-out, and we can bring your order right out to your car. The result: BT To Go. Please come and please enjoy!
