Buldogis was created by Myself and my wife of Korean descent. With my Executive Chef background and her Korean Culinary Influence, we decided to open up a high quality Gourmet Infused Hot Dog Concept. We wanted it to have flavors from different parts of the Country and a nice Korean Asian influence. We also focused on high quality standards and fresh made Chili, Kim Chi, fresh vegetable toppings, Slaws and Condiment toppings made in house. We have a list of items where customers can customize their own dog. So far everyone loves us.
