Established in 1995, Burnsville Health and Nutrition provides the residents of Burnsville NC, Yancey County, and surrounding areas with a one-stop healthfood store and shopping experience for all nutritional health and supplement needs including vitamins, supplements organic foods, wholesome snacks, herbs, minerals, trace minerals, essential oils, gluten free products, natural health and dietary aids as well as local farm specialties. History Established in 1995. Burnsville Health and Nutrition was opened in 1995 by Cheryl Deforest Davis. In February 2015 the business was purchased by Tara Lee who has expanded the store and recently changed the location to the historic Carriage House Building on South Main in Burnsville.
