Cafe Santé

Cafe Sante is the newest concept from Magnum Hospitality. It began with an 2008 with an 8 month search for an new venture which took them all over the state of Michigan looking at more potential projects in a dozen different markets, and ending in their own backyard 1 block from the original Red Mesa Grill, in the new One Water Street development on the shore of Lake Charlevoix. Classic European was to the concept and after a 10 day trip across Europe what they came back with is Santé. "Santé " is a French toast to good health-apparently Fred and Mary used it as a battle cry as they crossed Europe. Café Sante opened in May of 2010. In January of 2011, Midwest Living magazine named Café Sante on its list of "10 Best New Restaurants" for 2010. Over 100 new restaurants were reviewed in cities all over the midwest including Chicago, Indianapolis and Saint Paul. Magnum Hospitality is proud of the achievements of its newest venture and over-the-moon to have such an amazing menu and crew.
