In 1988, owners Kris Carlson and Ray Farmer, both with family-owned construction backgrounds, had a strong desire not only to build homes with excellence and integrity, but to develop lifelong relations with customers. Through the years, they have worked closely with architects and customers to bring their dreams to reality whether it was a new construction,  an addition, a remodeling project, a restoration, or even an equestrian or timber-frame structure.
