​I intimately know how messy and ugly life can be. I’ve had my own struggles throughout my life and learned something invaluable from every one of them. I offer my clients an authentic, direct style with warmth and, at times, a dose of humor. I believe when we are able to laugh, our heart opens and we connect with others at a deeper level. ​Tragedy is awful but it can become the motivational force for you to develop a clearer sense of your identity and values. I am here to guide and support you to keep you on the path to healing. Being in pain is difficult but staying stuck in that pain is torture. I make sure everyone I work with learns how to take better care of themselves, learns to get their needs met and discovers meaning from the senseless things that happened to them. I believe we all have our own answers deep within us; sometimes we just need some help discovering them.
