I started as someone who just wanted to get fit to impress people but over time it helped myself and a lot of my friends get through a lot of rough times. I was reluctant at first to get into the business but I was convinced by a friend that helping people transform their health may be my true calling, so I decided to take the plunge, that was 5 years ago. Now I have my own studio and I am able to bring my way of fitness to the community!
