Born and raised in Northern California and have resided in LA for over a decade. My passion for Clean Food and Fitness I attribute to my parents. I am a 28-year Restaurant veteran and licensed by the State of California as a Certified Food Handler. Clean Food Delivered was created to satisfy my love of healthy food. When I first began I didn't realize how life changing it would be for me, or my clients! I have helped people lose weight, get fit, and take charge of their life all from Clean Food and fitness!
