Named after a tree used in ceremonies throughout the Mexican state of Oaxaca, Copal is a family owned restaurant serving progressive Mexican cuisine. Inspired by our own family recipes and indigenous flavors from Central and Southern Mexico, our menu is a fusion of pre-Hispanic fare and modern culinary trends. Every dish is made with high-quality, hard-to-find ingredients, all to bring the most authentic and freshest flavor with every bite.
