Founder Greg Glassman defines CrossFit as “constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity”. Sounds complicated, but in all honestly it’s simple and has been proven to work. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular/Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
