CrossFit is a program that's all inclusive and adaptable to anyone despite their fitness levels.We combine weightlifting, distance running, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, plyometrics, rowing, medicine ball training, and much more. CrossFit's goals are to improve everyone in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
