We take fitness seriously while using commonsense in understanding relative intensity. The needs of a competitive athlete are the same as a person who is trying to make a little more healthier than they were yesterday. The difference is the intensity in which they bring to the programming.Established in 2011.Moffett Physical Therapy was looking for a functional option where athletes and former patients could workout in a safe controlled environment. We discovered CrossFit in the summer of 2010... by 2011 CrossFit Huntley was born!... and we had opened up a 5000 sqft facility to service the Huntley area.
