CrossFit iNvolve

CrossFit iNVOLVE specializes in mobility, technique and safety. We focus on the athlete in order to safely develop functionality and strength. We offer a Foundation Course for those new to CrossFit. The one-time course consists of 10 classes that focus on CrossFit fundamentals, proper form and safety. We offer a discount to students, and couples. Also, if you serve, protect and save lives, we honor our hometown heroes by offering a 10% discount to fire, police, military and medical personnel.
