We are a certified, trained and experienced group who believe in the functional method. As trainers we have gone through the fitness circle of life. Many global gyms deal with “bodybuilders” flexing in front of mirrors, members working on stationary bikes watching their favorite sitcom and people doing their favorite routines, focusing on one body part while neglecting others. Here, we operate on principles that improve functional movements, effectiveness and efficiency. We do not prescribe the “30 minutes of moderate impact” theory.At other gyms we have experienced that “you’re on your own” atmosphere, at AlphaBox We do not single people out or make outcast groups.
