CrossFit Ridgecrest

CrossFit Ridgecrest is an independently owned affiliate of CrossFIt. We are a core strength and conditioning program practicing a broad range of movements, lifts and skills. At CrossFit Ridgecrest we offer programs for those new to exercise as well as elite athletes. CrossFit Ridgecrest gives thoughtful, well planned workout programming to our members. We also specialize in CrossFit kids, from ages 3-17. Our CrossFit Kids program is well recognized. 2011 was the first year Teens were invited to the CrossFit Games, an international elite event. In the age of overuse injury and sports specialization at a young age, CrossFit Kids is the perfect answer to keep kids strong and healthy throughout their extended sports seasons
