CrossFit Tipping Point provides small group classes with personal attention by a qualified CrossFit trainer. We focus on both strength and conditioning and our program is perfect for any fitness level. We track your progress each week and work with you on diet and nutrition, too. We use a scientific approach to produce results, and we scale down our workouts for beginners and new clients, allowing them to learn the fundamentals first.
Monday through Friday: 6am, 7am, 12pm, 4:30pm (Open Gym), 5:30pm & 6:30pm Saturday: 10:00 am & 11:00 am.
