Alex Salmassi ...Chef and owner...is graduate of the world famous school Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts institute in Paris and holds a Master degree in Hotel and Restaurant management from Vieux Bois Geneva. Alex has owned restaurants in the South of France and South Africa Johanesburg and has had the pleasure of serving President George H Bush, Nelson Mandela, Emeril Lagasse and the Pink Floyd among others.
