Our menu is focused on sourcing local ingredients, always serving the freshest and best available quality ingredients in season from Florida and neighboring states - Seafood and fish are the highlights of the menu. dōma features a beautiful wine cellar - 20 feet long floor to ceiling glass and steel structure that holds up to 700 wines. Our wine list features a significant selection of wines that pair perfectly with the bounty of the sea.
