Established in 2013.While offering therapeutic services we realized the profound need for people to be taught how to care for themselves in ways that would extend the benefit of the therapeutic service for weeks afterward, instead of bouncing right back into the old routines that created the illness, discomfort or dis-ease. Through workshops, classes, group and private instruction we offer an educational approach to holistic wellness. Teaching individuals how to maintain their own health and reducing their reliance on others to lead an active and healthy lifestyle is our goal. We are also committed to giving back to those in service! Individuals in the military, our police force, firefighters,nurses and school teachers automatically receive our member discount.
