Edgar’s Restaurant of Akron Ohio is quickly becoming one of Akron’s top fine dining destinations. Privately owned and operated by Executive Chef Glenn Gillespie, Edgar’s is located at J.E. Good Park golf course. Edgar’s Restaurant is located where the old Crocker’s restaurant used to be at Good Park Golf Course in Akron. In 2005 Edgar’s re-opened a new restaurant as a partnership with three managing members including Award winning, Executive Chef Glenn Gillespie.
