Our history and name begins in a beautiful village called San Gabriel in Tezontepec de Aldama in the state of Hidalgo, Mexico. Our founder, Don Norberto, who, with his beloved family, embarked on a dream to share with the world our favorite Hidalguense cuisine - Barbacoa de Borrego. We are a Mexican restaurant and we cook our barbacoa with vegetarian-fed meat.
