El Serrano Restaurant

El Serrano actually started as a food trailer at the York Fair called El Chalan. The tasty chicken kebobs (now our chicken fajita) quickly developed a following and the original El Serrano opened in West York for two years before settling into it's final home here in East York. At it's heart El Serrano is a family business that was born from a family that loves to cook and isn't afraid to work hard. We pride ourselves on our signature sauces such as our salsa, our picante (hot) sauce, our chipotle sauce along with many others. In these almost 40 years we added an even larger location in Lancaster and we turned this York store into a distillery where we feature products made from our distillery in Peru and our winery in Spain. Our goal has always been to offer delicious food in a great atmosphere with exceptional service. As our business grows we continue to seek to improve what we do and give our best to the community.
