EveFit

EveFit is a women’s only group fitness studio like no other. The all-female, 60-minute instructor-led workout was designed by one of the best female Master Trainers in the country, Leslie Grosshauser. You’ll begin the class alternating between cardio and strength training. Then, stretch and tone your muscles as you end the class with a full 20 minutes of yoga. There are no embarrassing weigh-ins at EveFit. In fact, we encourage our Queens to look beyond the scale. Using the InBody Scan, our trained staff will provide you with all the knowledge you need to achieve optimal fitness. EveFit isn’t just another weight loss center.
