Fallbrook Pilates

We are a private Pilates studio specializing in the Classical works of Joseph Pilates. All instructors are certified and have extensive experience working with rehab, strength, conditioning, physical limitations and fitness levels. We incorporate vibrational training through the use of the Power Plate to improve circulation, muscle activation, strength and balance.
