Lakan Guro Ernie has been involved with the martial arts for over 25 years. He has studied a wide variety of arts and has incorporated Muay Thai, BJJ, Shooto, Combat Submission Wrestling, Wing Chun, Jun Fan Gung Fu / Jeet Kune Do Concepts, as well as the Filipino martial arts into his training. Since 1996 he has been coaching / instructing in the Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do Concepts, and Jun Fan Gung Fu. Guro Lake began training with Tuhon Ray Dionaldo in the summer of 2000. He went on to become the first Certified Instructor of FCS Kali in Kentucky and as well as being named the Northeastern Regional Director for FCS Kali for the United States.
