Fit Bodies Forever, Inc., is a family-owned gym located in the heart of Coral Springs. We are the first Florida affiliated Training for Warriors® facility. Our gym is conveniently located in the heart of Coral Springs on Sample Road just west of University Drive, just minutes from Parkland, Tamarac, Boca Raton, Margate and Coconut Creek. We are proud to be the only official affiliate of the Training for Warriors program in South Florida. We offer personal training, nutrition education through our weight loss challenges and over 100 monthly group fitness classes including Fit Bodies Forever Boot Camps, Training for Warriors specialty program, cardio kickboxing and our "Little Warriors" kids fitness program for after school fun for ages 5 - 12.Our classes are geared for all fitness levels whether you are an athlete or someone just looking to be more active.
