With the knowledge learned over the last 9 years My sessions are a combination of deep tissue therapy, myofacial unwinding, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy and Thai bodywork to release injuries and holding patterns sustained through work and life. I except some health insurance as an out-of-network provider. I also except car accident claims-feel free to call and I can walk you through the process.
