Go Fit Now is a family run business that started in Sydney, Australia in 1991 with the famous Mosman Gym. Aerobics was still big but our female clients were "in the know" on the benefits of strength training for toning and keeping fat off. All of our clients loved the knowledge they got on effective, efficient and safe workouts and we are still in contact with many of our Sydney clients even today.
