Offering both Tonkotsu (Pork) and Chicken Broth, each batch of soup is made with great care by hand over the course of 2 days. Many menu items are prepared in-house- including our gyoza and straight noodles as well as our Chashu that is skinned, simmered, and sliced from scratch in a ten-hour process.
