We offer wood smoked BBQ , Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork & Smoked Chicken. On Saturdays we offer, in addition, St Louis smoked ribs. We have hand crafted side dishes - jalapeño potato salad, smoked baked beans, bow tie pasta salad & delicious cole slaw.
