She has over 20 years professional cleaning experience in Asheville, with eight years working in the Bed and Breakfast industry here in Asheville, where she also gained management experience at A Bed of Roses and The Lion and the Rose in Montford. She is a mother of two beautiful daughters and lives in Kenilworth. Pam Orander, manager, originally from Pennsylvania, went to college in Virginia where she earned her double degree in Child Psychology and Criminal Justice. She worked in the mental health field for 12 years before switching careers and joining the Green Home staff in 2007, where she came with previous cleaning experience. She lives in Swannanoa with her husband and their 7 year old son.
