Our clients become self-assured in their bodies by learning the skills to identify and correct their own muscular tension and movement inefficiency. This work is woven into the use of: breathing exercises, active and passive mobility work, flexibility work, foam rolling, calisthenics, kettlebells, olympic-lifting, high intensity interval training, TRX, resistance bands, and more to achieve our clients' fitness goals.
