Hair Art & Co is a vibrant salon serving the hair, skin and nail needs of Richardson, N. Dallas and surrounding areas since 1983! Jerome Hagood began working at Hair Art & Co 1993 and in 2004 he and his wife, Rhonda, bought the salon from the original owner Fran Little Terhune. August 2, 2011 Hair Art and Co opened in its new location on Campbell Rd in Richardson.
