Happy Dog

Happy Dog is a neighborhood corner bar in the best sense of the term. The bar itself is open and inviting - a racetrack oval wood bar, with plenty of old chrome barstools and an Elvis lamp between the pinball machines. Happy Dog has hot dogs and beer, and lots of live music, from rock and country to punk and polka. Happy Dog's quarter pound all beef hot dogs are cooked on a flat top griddle. Each is served on a Chicago style poppyseed bun with 50 house made toppings to choose from. Vegetarian and vegan options include Field Roast vegan sausage or housemade falafel, and sides include french fries and tater tots. Happy Dog carries over seventy five different beers, including two dozen beers on tap. The selections include a variety of domestic, craft and import beers, including some of the best Eastern European beers like Karlovacko, Lasko and Okocim. Happy Dog has live music every Thursday, Friday & Saturday night.
